Warner Bros. Television Group (WBTVG) oversees and grows the entire portfolio of Warner Bros.' television businesses, including worldwide production, traditional and digital distribution, and broadcasting.

WBTVG divisions produce live-action dramas and comedies, animated series, and unscripted & alternative programming for traditional broadcast networks, cable channels and the first-run syndication marketplace, as well as for subscription/on-demand platforms and digital media outlets. As of April 2020, WBTVG divisions are producing nearly 120 series. WBTVG is the only studio to have at least one series on each of the five broadcast networks.

The cornerstone of WBTVG is Warner Bros. Television, one of the industry’s leading suppliers of scripted programming to the broadcast networks, and a major producer for cable and subscription/on-demand platforms. WBTV’s broadcast network programs include “All Rise,” “Bob ♥ Abishola,” “God Friended Me,” “Mom” and “Young Sheldon” for CBS; “Blindspot” and “Manifest” for NBC; “Prodigal Son” for FOX; and the following series for The CW: “The 100,” “All American,” “Batwoman,” “Black Lightning,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” “The Flash,” “Katy Keene,” “Legacies,” “Riverdale,” “Roswell, New Mexico,” “Supergirl,” “Supernatural” and the upcoming “Superman & Lois,” among others.

WBTV’s cable series include “Watchmen,” “Westworld” and the upcoming “Demimonde,” “Lovecraft Country” and “The Time Traveler’s Wife” for HBO, as well as “Shameless” for Showtime. Series for streaming services include “College Girls” and “Gossip Girl” for HBO Max; “Doom Patrol” for DC Universe and HBO Max simultaneously; “Stargirl” (with next-day broadcast on The CW) and “Titans” for DC Universe; “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” “Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings,” “The Girls on the Bus,” “The Kominsky Method,” “Lucifer,” “Maid,” “The Sandman” and “Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J.   • Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and SYFY, plus “Good Girls Get High” for AT&T’s DIRECTV CINEMA. BRC also produces the upcoming mixed-media series “BizarroTV” for DC Universe, in addition to animated series “Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons” for CW Seed.
  • Warner Horizon Unscripted Television, producers of unscripted series for broadcast networks and cable such as “The Bachelor,” “The Bachelorette,” “Bachelor in Paradise” and “The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart” for ABC; “Ellen’s Game of Games,” “Ellen’s Greatest Night of Giveaways,” “Little Big Shots” with Melissa McCarthy, “True Story” and “The Voice” for NBC; “EQUAL” for HBO Max; “Helter Skelter” for EPIX; and “The Masked Dancer” for FOX, among others.
  • Telepictures, producers of first-run syndicated series such as “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “Extra,” “Judge Mathis,” “The People’s Court,” “The Real,” “TMZ” and “TMZ Live,” as well as “Ellen’s Home Design Challenge” for HBO Max and “TMZ Sports” for FS1.
  • Shed Media, producers of unscripted programs such as “Who Do You Think You Are?” for NBC and “First Dates Hotel” for HBO Max, as well as “Best Room Wins,” “The Bradshaw Bunch,” “Criminal Confessions,” “Glam Masters,” “License to Kill,” the “Long Lost Family” franchise, “Mexican Dynasties,” “Murder for Hire,” “The Real Housewives of New York City” and “Supernanny,” among others, for cable; and “Huda Boss” for Facebook.

WBTVG is rapidly developing new business models for the evolving television landscape, as well as moving aggressively into the global expansion of local production and broadening its operations in the digital space on a number of fronts, including distribution and production.

The Television Group has two category-leading distribution units: Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution (WBDTD) and Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD). Together, these entities are responsible for the distribution of Warner Bros. Entertainment content to television outlets around the world.

The final component of WBTVG is broadcasting: The CW Television Network — launched (in partnership with CBS) in September 2006 with quality, diverse programming — targets younger viewers on television and online through CWTV.com and The CW app. The CW’s digital network, CW Seed, launched in 2013.
