“Motion Picture Masterpieces” DVD From Warner Home Video

All five are from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, known then as the “Tiffany of movie studios”: David O. Selznick’s Oscar®-nominated screen translations of Charles Dickens’ "David Copperfield" and "A Tale of Two Cities"; the 1940 Laurence Olivier/Greer Garson version of Jane Austen’s "Pride and Prejudice"; Robert Louis Stevenson’s "Treasure Island," featuring the irresistible re-teaming of Wallace Beery and Jackie Cooper; and the opulent "Marie Antoinette," starring Tyrone Power and Norma Shearer in her unforgettable performance as France’s tragic queen.
