“Eight Days A Week” DVD From Warner Home Video
(February 14, 2006 - Burbank, CA) – Keri Russell, appearing with Tom Cruise in this spring’s "Mission: Impossible III," can also be seen starring in "Eight Days a Week," a delightful 1997 independent film about the ups and downs of romance making its DVD debut May 2. The Warner Home Video title will sell for $19.97 SRP; orders are due March 28.
Before she made her mark on TV’s “Felicity,” Russell starred in this cheerfully raunchy comedy as Erica, a hormone-revving “girl-next-door,” the object of a likable dweeb’s romantic obsession. When Erica tells nerd Peter (Josh Schaefer) that they’re “just friends,” Peter takes the advice of his eccentric Italian grandfather and camps out on Erica’s front lawn, determined to stay for as long as it takes to transform her indifference into love. While waiting, he witnesses a passing parade of neighborhood events that turn out to be nuttier than he is.
The movie also features a theatrical trailer, and feature film subtitles are in Français & Español.
